I started my career in Home Services 18 years ago answering phones & helping with marketing at a small HVAC company in St. Louis. Over the next two decades, I helped scale the business into a multi-service, multi-brand, and multi-market home services organization generating over $100M in revenue.

I’ve led growth from the inside, expanding services organically (plumbing, electrical, appliance), launching a new market from scratch, integrating acquisitions, and helping building enterprise systems that support sustainable scale. I bring deep operating experience leading Marketing, Membership, Customer Experience, and cross-functional operational teams, including the implementation of AI across call centers and customer communication channels. I understand what it takes to grow profitably, operationally, and intelligently, not just tactically.
